Baby girl

Sometimes people mistake Taylee for a boy. I take full blame. I rarely put a bow or headband on her. I mean, if a heandband left an indentation on YOUR head like it does on hers (above), do you think you would want to wear them? Heck no. So once in awhile, I put one on for a few hours, but I just feel bad that it might be squeezing her brain, so I end up taking it off. I think that makes me a nice mom.

Taylee and Grandma Gwen. Just a little preview of Halloween costume pics. I think dressing little kids like animals might be one of my favorite things to do. It makes me laugh pretty hard.

Taylee is the sweetest, calmest, happiest baby! She just smiles, laughs, coos, barfs, eats, and sleeps. She lights up the room with her infectious smile, and really is just super chill. We are so lucky to have her in our family!

100% Boy

This is Parker on a little hike in Snow Canyon. His favorite movie lately is How to Train Your Dragon. He carries this tool or a spatula around to "kill dragons" pretty much all day. Hide yo children and hide yo wives cause this boy is a fierce dragon slayer.
Can you say Clay's mini-me or what

Clay absolutely loves when he gets home and Parker's hands and face are covered in dirt and snot. It means "he's had a fun day."
Parker has been living up to everything I've heard about two year olds and tantrums. But he is such a sweet boy too. The other day I was getting his lunch ready and he said "Some boys can't find their food." I was pretty confused until I realized he was remembering how I'll tell him we need to be grateful for our food because some people don't have food. It made me laugh, and I said "You are right, that's why we tell Heavenly Father thanks for the food and to bless those who don't have enough food." He said "Jesus will find their food and give it to them." Awwww, cute. He has heard Clay call Taylee "cue ball," and now he calls her "cute ball" all the time. He loves cars, trucks, tractors, dirt, bikes, and loves to have us read books to him. He surprises us all the time with how much of a book he has memorized. Cute kid.

Then there were Two!

These two cuties love each other. Parker can be throwing a great 2-year old tantrum and turn it off immediately if we bring Taylee in the room. And Taylee laughs at everything Parker does, like stepping on her stomach, blowing on her nose, etc.

Trying out the double chariot that Clay got for a screamin deal on Craigslist. I think once she can sit up better, she'll like it more. Parker is always so helpful to stuff her binkie back in her face.

Although some days I want to stick my head in the ground and leave it there for a few days, I really love these sweet munchkins.
